The protection of the personal data and personal rights of our contractual partners is very important to us. We do everything we can to protect data. For this purpose, we use appropriate security systems and take measures.
We take the technical and organizational measures so that the rights of the data subjects under the GDPR (information, correction and deletion, data portability, objection and automated decision-making in individual cases) can be fulfilled at any time within the statutory deadlines.
The data protection regulations are part of our contractual agreements.
We need personal data to process the contracts and use them for them.
We provide persons (data owners) with information about all processed data free of charge on request. Upon request, we will correct, block or delete them.
The customer data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or is legally required. The recipients are obliged by us to protect data protection and to ensure that data is not misused.
The infrastructure and resources we use meet modern security requirements. The best possible protection of the data exists in accordance with the current technical possibilities. We would like to point out, however, that complete protection of the data against misuse and loss cannot be guaranteed.
